Youth Stories Hello! My name is Gavin Martindale and this is my portfolio of stories I have written based on other older stories that are modernized for a younger crowd. These stories are for the sole purpose of entertainment. They are supposed to be relatable to the reader by including ones younger days as children to being young adults. Some of the stories include the characters as people and some include the characters as animals. Below are the links to the stories that are included in this portfolio. I hope you enjoy! The first story is a take on Ovid's Metamorphoses using dogs instead. The second story is a take on The Slaying of Hector from Homer's The Illiad.
